Privacy policy
Your image documents stay in the editor. Website visits still involve network requests.
Scope
This policy describes the current public PhotoCraft.pics website and local browser editor, not the upstream website or similarly named apps. Production registration, sign-in and paid checkout are not open. Future services that change collection must be described here before activation.
Images and documents
In the current local editing workflow, image and project files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Attachments explicitly submitted through the support form are uploaded separately, as explained under Support correspondence. Home import passes the file through the same tab’s memory; it is not placed in a URL or sent to Google Analytics. We provide no cloud document storage or automatic recovery. Saved projects and exports are browser downloads. Your browser, extensions, device backups or managed-device policies can separately affect these files.
Website delivery and security
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and engine. Loading pages, fonts and scripts sends network information such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser headers to the receiving provider. Hosting and security systems may process request and diagnostic logs to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the service. This is separate from uploading an image document.
Optional Google Analytics
Only after you allow analytics does the site load Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and a small set of editor actions. Events use limited fields such as page path, language, action source and file-type category. We do not intentionally send image pixels, filenames, document contents, email addresses or authentication tokens. Google receives network information and may store analytics cookies. Declining analytics keeps our GA script disabled.
Other external resources
The site loads DM Sans and Manrope through Google Fonts; Google receives the network information needed to deliver them even when optional GA analytics is declined. Cloudflare also provides a Web Analytics performance beacon independently of our GA consent choice. Its documented purpose is visit and performance measurement without tracking cookies. Declining GA does not block every external request. Provider policies are linked below.
Browser storage and choices
The analytics choice is stored under photocraft:analytics-consent in localStorage when available; editor preferences may also use browser storage. These are distinct from saved image documents. Use Cookie settings in the footer to revisit your choice. Declining or withdrawing GA consent disables future GA measurement and removes GA cookies accessible to this website; it does not erase events already received by Google. Clearing site storage resets preferences and consent, but does not delete downloaded files.
Accounts and payments: unavailable
The production site does not currently accept registration, issue sign-in codes or take payments. Better Auth, Google sign-in, sign-in email delivery and Waffo checkout are planned integrations, not active collection flows today. Before enabling them, we will document account/session fields, actual email and database providers, order records, retention and contact procedures. Never put passwords, payment details or confidential content into feedback.
Support correspondence
If you use our feedback form or email support@photocraft.pics, we receive your reply email, optional name, topic, message and any attachments you explicitly select. Form attachments are uploaded to our Cloudflare Worker and sent to support@photocraft.pics; they are an exception to local-only editing. We do not automatically attach your canvas. We receive this information to help answer your question or handle a request. Incoming mail is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our Google-hosted support inbox. Only send the information needed to explain the issue. Correspondence may be retained for follow-up and necessary recordkeeping; we do not publish a fixed retention period or use support attachments as public examples without permission.
Retention and requests
We have no server-side image documents to retain or retrieve from local editing. Downloads remain on your device until you remove them; preferences remain until changed or cleared. Network and analytics records depend on provider settings and policies; we do not claim a verified fixed retention period for those systems. You can decline future optional analytics and clear browser storage. Access, correction, deletion and other rights depend on applicable law and data actually held. Check the contact-channel status below before sending a request.
Children and sensitive material
This general-purpose editor is not designed to collect children’s account information. No production account or payment collection is open. People who cannot independently agree to service use under local law should involve a parent or guardian. Use a trusted device and browser for confidential documents, and avoid sensitive information in public feedback or support screenshots.
Updates
The update date applies to this published policy. Provider, login, payment or cloud-processing changes require an update. Local image processing does not mean all website traffic stays on your device.
